1. The service
Yamco3d is a marketplace for digital 3D assets. We host listings, process payments through Stripe, and deliver downloadable files to buyers with an account.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, break these terms, or create legal risk.
3. Purchases and license
When you buy an asset, you receive a personal license to download and use the files for your own projects (games, renders, films, and similar creative work), unless a listing says otherwise. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or re-upload the purchased files as a competing product or pack. Purchases are tied to your Yamco3d account library.
4. Digital goods
Assets are digital downloads. Delivery is through your account library after payment succeeds (or immediately for free items). See our Refunds page for limited refund cases.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, scrape the site abusively, attempt to bypass download protections, or use Yamco3d for illegal content. Do not reverse-engineer payment or entitlement systems.
6. Platform role
Sellers create listings; Yamco3d provides the marketplace, review tools, and checkout. We may remove listings that violate policy. Seller payouts (including Stripe Connect) are governed by the Seller agreement and applicable Stripe terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every asset will meet every production pipeline. To the extent allowed by law, Yamco3d is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site or purchased files.
8. Changes
