1. Eligibility
You must have a Yamco3d account and the legal right to sell the files you upload. By submitting a listing, you confirm you own or are licensed to sell those assets and that they are not stolen, infringing, or illegal.
2. Listings and review
All new or updated listings go through Yamco3d moderation before they go live. We may reject, remove, or suspend listings that fail quality, safety, or legal checks (including pack scanning). You must provide accurate titles, descriptions, previews, and prices.
3. License you grant buyers
When a buyer purchases your listing, you grant them a non-exclusive license to use the files in their own projects, consistent with our Terms of Use. You retain ownership of your IP. You authorize Yamco3d to host, display, and deliver your files for marketplace purposes.
4. Fees and payouts
Yamco3d uses platform Stripe Checkout: buyers pay Yamco3d. Seller share is recorded in our earnings ledger at 85% seller / 15% platform of the D1 sale price (before any required refunds or chargebacks). New earnings may be held for a payout hold period (currently 14 days) before becoming available.
Stripe Connect may be used later for transfers to your connected account. Until Connect transfers are enabled, available balances are tracked in your Payouts dashboard. Stripe’s own Connect and payout rules also apply when you link an account.
5. Prohibited content
Do not upload malware, executables disguised as assets, scraped or stolen packs, NSFW content that violates our policies, or material you do not have rights to sell. Pack uploads are scanned; failing a required scan blocks the upload.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes on your seller income. Yamco3d does not provide tax advice.
7. Termination
You may stop selling at any time. We may suspend selling privileges for policy violations, chargeback abuse, or legal risk. Existing buyer licenses remain valid unless we must revoke access for legal reasons.
8. Changes
We may update this agreement. Continued selling after changes means acceptance. Questions: Contact us.
