1. Digital downloads
Yamco3d sells digital goods delivered to your account library. Because files can be downloaded immediately after payment, refunds are limited.
2. When we may refund
- You were charged but never received access in your library (technical failure).
- The listing was materially different from what was delivered (wrong product, empty pack).
- Duplicate accidental charges for the same order.
- Other cases required by applicable law.
3. When refunds are usually declined
- Change of mind after a successful download.
- Compatibility issues with a specific DCC tool, engine version, or pipeline.
- Buyer’s remorse or preferring a different style after purchase.
4. How to request
Open a ticket via Contact within 14 days of purchase. Include your account email, order date, and product name. We usually reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
5. Free items
Free grants have no payment to refund. Library access may still be removed if an item is taken down for policy or legal reasons.
6. Seller earnings
If a paid sale is refunded, related seller earnings may be reversed according to our payout ledger and the Seller agreement.
